2016 has been a great year so far. Analysis of our sales data for the first three quarters of this year compared to the same period in 2015 reveals that we have had an incredible 85% increase in the number instructions we have won, when compared to 2015.
We can also report that we continue to achieve excellent results for our clients. On average we have agreed sales within 2% of asking price. One in three properties achieved the asking price and one in ten achieved over the asking price.
In terms of the speed with which we are securing proceedable offers, the news is also good. Compared to 2015, the timeframe for securing a buyer has radically reduced. Last year 11% of our properties went under offer in under one week. In 2016 the number of properties going under offer to proceedable buyers in less than one week has increased to almost 40%.
